Yes, all of our items are authentic, licensed and legitimate brands.
5. DO YOU DO MEET-UPS?
No. Our order fulfillment is limited only to delivery (with a corresponding fee) and through pickup from our warehouse in Taguig City, Metro Manila Philippines
1. All pre-orders made are considered as sold to the buyer.
2. Confirmed deposit or payment guarantees a slot if made before the pre-order deadline.
3. You will receive a notification via SMS, messenger, and email upon arrival of your pre-ordered item.
4. The remaining balance must be settled within 10 days, otherwise, reservation and down payment will be forfeited.
5. Anotoys reserves the right to dispose the items if the buyer is unable to settle the balance at the end of 10 days period.
6. All pre-orders made are considered as sold to the buyer.
- Those paid unclaimed items are subject to additional charges of storage fee. Amount may vary depending on the size of the item per day.

3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO SHIP AN ORDER?
Nationwide delivery schedule are as follows: 3 days within Metro Manila, 5 days for Luzon and 7 days for Visayas and Mindanao (excluding Sundays, Holidays and natural circumstances beyond one’s control).
You may experience delays due to the current pandemic due to limitations in air cargo and closure of some areas.
